REFUND POLICY

1. Returns Eligibility
• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
• Condition: Unused, in original packaging with tags
• Exclusions:

  • Perfume/beauty (hygiene reasons)
  • Custom-made items
  • Final sale products (marked “non-refundable”)

2. How to Return

  1. Request a return at 100-stars.com/returns
  2. Pack items securely (use original box if possible)
  3. Attach the provided return label
  4. Drop at any Royal Mail Post Office

3. Refund Processing
• Refunds issued within 5 business days of receipt
• Method: Original payment (allow 3-5 days for bank processing)
• Shipping costs non-refundable (unless our error)

4. Faulty/Damaged Items
Contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of damage
    We’ll replace or refund immediately

5. International Returns
• Customer covers return shipping
• Refunds in GBP (currency fluctuations may apply)
• Customs fees non-refundable
